The English minor track available depends upon which bachelor’s degree you choose. An English minor can be combined with any of the following bachelor degrees:
This is a general, 18-hour English minor; you can choose a variety of courses from across the English curriculum.
If you are pursuing a BFA, a bachelor’s degree in music, or a Bachelor of Science degree, your 18-hour English minor must have a literature focus.
There is no required selection of courses for an English minor for these degrees. Students are advised to select ENG 235(3), 340(3), 341(3), 350(3), 351(3), and electives in English for a total of not fewer than 18 hours.
