Tim Hadley
Assistant Professor
Dr. Tim Hadley is an Assistant Professor of Technical and Professional Writing, specializing in the areas of style in writing, the rhetoric of grammar, and research methods. He received his doctorate in technical communication and rhetoric at Texas Tech University, where his dissertation investigated "The Effect of Direct, In-Class Grammar Instruction on the Quality of Student Writing." He came to Missouri State in 2006, having previously taught at three other universities, most recently at Texas Tech. Dr. Hadley also edits the ATEG Journal, the publication of the Assembly for the Teaching of English Grammar.
