Marianthe Karanikas
Associate Professor
Dr. Marianthe Karanikas teaches scientific and technical writing and
creative nonfiction. She holds an A.B. cum laude in biochemistry from
Smith College, an M.A. in biophysics from Brandeis University, and a Ph.D.
in language, literacy, and rhetoric from the University of Illinois in
Chicago. She has published in various journals, including Genetic
Engineering News, Journal of Technical Writing and Communication,
The Spiritual Side of Writing (book chapter), and Mondo Greco.
