English Minor

This page describes the requirements for completing an English minor for the B.F.A., B.M., and B.S. degrees according to the 2007–2008 Undergraduate Catalog. Requirements (minimum of 18 hours)

There is no required selection of courses for an English minor for these degrees. Students are advised to select the following courses:

ENG 235: Critical Approaches to Literature 3 hrs.
ENG 340: Survey of English Literature I 3 hrs.
ENG 341: Survey of English Literature II

3 hrs.

ENG 350: Survey of American Literature I 3 hrs.
ENG 351: Survey of Amercian Literature II 3 hrs.
ENG electives

3 hrs.

Total 18 hrs.
