Matthew Wilson
Distributed User Support Specialist
Matthew Wilson is the Missouri State English Department distributed user support
specialist. He provides microcomputer support for all hardware and software
the English faculty and staff use. He supervises the English Department
computer lab and the hardware and software for the Journalism lab. In
addition to providing computer support in the English Department, he also
serves as secondary support specialist for the faculty and staff in both the
Communication and the Modern and Classical Languages departments. Mr. Wilson
maintains the A/V equipment available for faculty to use in the classroom.
He serves on the English Department technology committee and is responsible
for planning the required technology upgrades. He works closely with the
department's technology representative for the College of Arts and Letters
to communicate the department's technology needs.
