An option for aspiring teachers
This minor is aimed specifically at English-focused Bachelor of Science in Education majors who want additional writing training. If you choose this option, you may select from creative writing, journalism or rhetoric courses. This minor can help prepare you to teach creative writing or journalism.
Program requirements
You can combine a Writing minor with the following degree. As part of the writing minor you will be able to choose among courses in creative writing, journalistic writing, technical writing and literature.
