Education Abroad
Spend a semester studying abroad
Missouri State University offers students an opportunity to spend a semester studying in another country through various exchange programs. You may also study at another university within the United States through the National Student Exchange program.
While the English department does not specifically sponsor an exchange program, education abroad opportunities provide invaluable experiences. If you plan to study abroad, talk to your advisor about how that choice will affect course scheduling.
Oftentimes, the courses you take during an education abroad semester may transfer back and meet specific program requirements, but courses taken during this semester need to be planned in advance.
